Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. Our delivery partners and dispatch teams are working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Express Post Delays:

While there are no delays with our dispatching times, Australia Post have advised that some Express Post deliveries may experience delays in delivery times by 1-2 days. 

This will impact deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart and Launceston. 

Express post remains our fastest postal service, but our next-business-day guarantee is suspended until domestic flights return to normal.

We offer Free Returns on all orders.

dotboards can provide an exchange or refund for your order if unused and in original condition within 4 weeks of purchase. 

As long as the item isn’t used , and the packaging is still intact, you can definitely send it back for an exchange or refund within 4 weeks of purchase.
