Shipping and Returns
In accordance with the lithium battery transportation guidelines, dot Boards are sent via road transportation using Startrack Express or Australia Post networks.
All dot Boards are eligible for Free Shipping
Please refer to the Helpdesk to see if you have a local distributor in your country.
We offer Free Returns on all orders.
dotboards can provide an exchange or refund for your order if unused and in original condition within 4 weeks of purchase.
HOLIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
We have extended our holiday returns period to include any orders from 1/11/22. Orders from this date will be eligible for return until 31/1/23.
As long as the item isn’t used, the packaging is still intact and the item is returned within the return period, we will happily exchange or refund your item.

Express Post Delays:
While there are no delays with our dispatching times, Australia Post have advised that some Express Post deliveries may experience delays in delivery times by 1-2 days.
This will impact deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart and Launceston.
Express post remains our fastest postal service, but our next-business-day guarantee is suspended until domestic flights return to normal.
